project manager for client engagements

• Design and manage delivery structures across complex client engagements;
• Develop integrated project plans, coordinate resources, and manage dependencies, milestones, and timelines;
• Take ownership of client accounts while supporting strategic advisory and account growth;
• Establish governance processes, decision-making frameworks, and communication plans;
• Monitor project health, scope, budget, and commercial considerations;
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively;
• Coordinate collaboration across consulting, research, and operational teams;
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree;
• At least four years of experience in project management, client management, consulting, or professional services;
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Professional fluency in French and English;
• Experience in a client-facing role;
• Experience working on-site at Gallup’s Berlin office at least three days per week;
• Eligibility to work in Germany;
• Nice to have: experience supporting account growth, business development, or strategic client relationships; PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certification; experience using AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, content, information synthesis, and client outcomes.
