project manager for an ERP transformation programme

The company supports a major ERP transformation programme operating across multiple countries and workstreams.

• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, project teams and countries;
• Maintain visibility of programme activities, responsibilities, milestones and dependencies;
• Manage programme planning, action tracking and forward planning;
• Assign, monitor and deliver actions and commitments;
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies and potential delivery delays;
• Establish and maintain PMO governance, processes and controls;
• Coordinate programme meetings, governance forums, actions and decisions;
• Produce accurate and timely programme reporting and management information;
• Facilitate communication and coordination between workstream and project leads;
• Provide the Programme Lead with visibility of programme progress, priorities and areas requiring attention;
• Own operational programme coordination, enabling the Programme Lead to focus on strategic leadership and senior stakeholder management.

• Proven experience in programme PMO or programme management, ideally within a large-scale ERP or business transformation environment;
• Experience coordinating complex programmes involving multiple workstreams, teams and geographies;
• Strong programme planning, governance, reporting and organisational skills;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain oversight of a complex programme;
• Proactive and confident in following up with stakeholders and ensuring accountability for agreed actions;
• Ability to identify issues and dependencies early and drive appropriate resolution;
• Comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced and senior stakeholder environment.

• 6 Months + extensions;
• Contract;
