• Participate in high-level client discussions, consult clients on practical AI matters, and help turn their plans into reality;
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across different business and technology domains;
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions and ensure successful, production-ready deployments through hands-on technical expertise;
• Advise teams on certifications for different challenges;
• Identify and introduce AI tools that optimize employee workflows;
• Demonstrate how AI tools can improve efficiency and reduce manual effort across business functions;
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, methodologies, and educational technologies;
• Proactively integrate relevant innovations into the practice.

• 5+ Years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Solution Lead, or similar role focused on AI solutions;
• Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, and automation use cases;
• Ability to apply AI concepts in business and process contexts;
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches;
• Strong understanding of technology platforms and systems integration;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities;
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
