project manager for AI-driven IT projects

• Plan, execute, and finalize assigned IT projects that leverage AI within the time, budget, and scope defined by the project board
• Secure resources and coordinate team members, third-party contractors, and consultants to deliver projects successfully
• Keep projects focused on their objectives and oversee quality control throughout their lifecycle

• At least 5 years of direct project management experience, including process development and execution, specifically in an IT environment such as software development, infrastructure implementation, or cloud migration
• Experience and knowledge of low- and high-stakes assessment
• At least one PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM, or PMP certification
• Experience managing project tasks with Jira
• Proficiency with project management software such as Monday.com, TeamWork, SmartSheets, Microsoft Project, or Asana
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confidence leading conversations at project board level
