Proven experience managing electrical or M&E projects from inception through to completion.Strong project planning, organisational, and time management skills.Ability to develop and manage project programmes, ensuring works are delivered in line with agreed timescales, milestones, and client expectations.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to coordinate complex tasks effectively.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.Strong negotiation skills.HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).CSCS or ECS Card appropriate to the role.Full UK Driving Licence.IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate.PRINCE2, APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), or equivalent project management qualification.Membership of a professional body such as the IET, CIBSE, or APM.First Aid at Work qualification.Asbestos Awareness.Our commitment to you
