Project manager CRM in automotive

• You coordinate CRM and email campaigns from briefing to launch;
• You monitor planning, quality, deadlines and alignment with all stakeholders involved;
• You ensure that the right customer data and content are used;
• You work daily with Monday for project management and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for CRM campaigns;
• You liaise with technical and subject-matter specialists;
• You contribute to the further development of CRM, customer journeys and marketing automation;
• You encourage innovation and the continuous optimization of campaigns;
• You share results, learnings and evaluations with the teams involved.

• You have approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience with CRM and/or digital marketing projects, preferably in an international environment;
• You are highly proficient in both Dutch and English;
• You have experience with CRM, customer journeys and marketing automation;
• You are structured, communicate effectively and know how to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Будет плюсом: Affinity with the automotive sector and/or experience at a marketing or communications agency is a plus; Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong plus; Experience with Monday, SQL and/or reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage
