Project Manager

Intersys is a technology company creating IT solutions for businesses. It delivers ambitious projects for clients and is one of the largest Microsoft partners in the CEE region.

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation according to timelines and budget;
• Collaborate closely with assigned external clients;
• Plan, monitor, and execute project plans, including issue and risk management;
• Communicate project status across different organizational levels;
• Create and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations;
• Report metrics, test results, success criteria, and implementation activities;
• Prioritize daily project activities and coordinate team work;
• Monitor and control project results, resolving issues, conflicts, and critical-path dependencies.

• Have at least 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager;
• Know project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Asana;
• Communicate fluently in English in a business environment at least at B2 level;
• Have sufficient knowledge to communicate effectively with development teams;
• Create estimates, reports, schedules, and project documentation;
• Be well organized, responsible, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
