Project Manager

MyDr develops advanced software for Electronic Medical Documentation and comprehensive clinic management. The company provides a cloud-based platform used by over 10,000 clinics, offering tools for scheduling, e-prescriptions, e-referrals, e-sick leaves, and telemedicine, while maintaining full integration with the government P1 Platform.

• Own business outcomes and report on them regularly;
• Discover and validate opportunities by analyzing data, talking to customers and internal teams, and turning insights into growth ideas and business cases;
• Plan, initiate, lead and manage multiple projects;
• Create and maintain project plans and schedules;
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies;
• Build and maintain communication channels with clients and stakeholders;
• Provide leadership, direction and guidance to project team members;
• Ensure that projects meet quality standards.

• At least 2 years of experience in project-related work;
• Strong understanding of business-related topics;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment;
• Strong leadership, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills;
• Polish and English (at least B2 level);
• Nice to have: Experience in tech, consulting, startup, or scale-up environments, experience with BI tools, SQL, or dashboards.

• Base salary of PLN 9 000–10 500 gross;
