Project Manager

Clurgo delivers IT projects for clients across various industries, specializing in software development, infrastructure, analysis, testing, and strategic product and process management.

• Lead projects implementing AI solutions within the organization;
• Coordinate cooperation between business, Data and AI teams, architects, and developers;
• Manage project schedule, budget, scope, and risk;
• Oversee compliance of projects with GDPR, the AI Act, and ethical standards;
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and materials for management;
• Manage vendors and participate in the procurement processes for technological solutions;
• Monitor project implementation and support the organization in deploying modern AI solutions.

• Have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in managing IT projects implemented at the intersection of business and technology;
• Have experience in leading projects related to the implementation of solutions based on AI, Machine Learning, and Data;
• Well understand issues related to cloud solutions and artificial intelligence;
• Know Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies;
• Have worked with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Excel tools;
• Understand requirements related to the AI Act, GDPR, AI Governance, explainability, and ethical use of AI;
• Can manage budget, schedule, and project risk;
• Have experience cooperating with development teams, Data Scientists, data analysts, architects, and business;
• Can effectively communicate technical issues to business stakeholders and management;
• Hold a project management certificate (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent).
