Project Manager

The company is a leading international renewable energy independent power producer that initiates, plans, and builds global wind and solar projects, executes large-scale international projects as a general contractor, provides technical and commercial asset management, and develops artificial intelligence solutions for renewable energies.

• Manage investment controlling for wind and solar energy projects, from financial close through the construction phase to ongoing operations;
• Monitor and manage all budgets, and prepare progress and financial reports for senior management;
• Lead centralised bank covenant management, including maintaining, monitoring, and updating the covenant register;
• Ensure compliance with all loan covenants, deadlines, disclosure, and reporting obligations;
• Analyse relevant financial indicators and project milestones, deriving strategic recommendations;
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Project Management, and external lenders;
• Provide support with waivers, contract amendments, refinancing, and restructuring;
• Further develop processes, tools, and dashboards, ensuring high data quality, compliance, and proper documentation.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable discipline;
• Several years of professional experience in Controlling, Covenant Management, Corporate Finance, Treasury, or a similar financial environment;
• In-depth knowledge of financing and loan agreements, with the ability to analyse and assess complex legal and financial issues;
• Strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a structured, independent approach to work;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with assertiveness and a proactive mindset;
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English;
• Nice to have: Experience with controlling, covenant, or contract management tools, German.
