Project Manager

Eurecat is a technology centre that provides research, development, and innovation services to companies and organizations.

• Identify and analyze funding opportunities within European R&D programmes, particularly Horizon Europe, aligned with Eurecat's technologies and services;
• Lead and coordinate the preparation of technical proposals for European funding calls, including drafting Excellence, Impact, and Implementation sections;
• Adapt proposal messaging and language to maximize competitiveness;
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical and management teams to ensure alignment, compliance with deadlines, and quality of deliverables;
• Ensure submitted proposals comply with European Commission requirements and Eurecat’s strategic objectives;
• Monitor the implementation of funded projects to ensure achievement of objectives and delivery of results;
• Act as the primary internal and external point of contact for European R&D programmes;
• Represent Eurecat at meetings, events, and conferences with European institutions, industry associations, and innovation networks;
• Participate in European working groups and platforms to contribute to the definition of future funding priorities.

• Bachelor's degree, engineering degree, or equivalent higher education qualification;
• Specialized training in European programmes or European project management;
• At least three years of experience in preparing European proposals under Horizon Europe and managing European projects;
• Active participation in European platforms, associations, and organizations;
• Previous experience in research, development, and innovation projects;
• English at C2 level;
• Willingness to travel between Eurecat’s sites and across Europe.
