SUPCON specializes in the manufacturing of automation equipment and industrial software solutions.
задачи
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing;
- Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, implementation, and client stakeholders;
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues;
- Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction;
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into solution designs;
- Support pre-sales activities including solution presentations and proposals;
- Design MES/ERP-related system architecture and business workflows;
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility;
- Act as the primary interface with international clients;
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and progress reviews;
- Ensure clear communication across multilingual environments.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields;
- 3–5 Years of experience in project management or solution consulting;
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing or industrial environments;
- Fluent Russian and English;
- Nice to have: PMP certification, experience with MES, ERP, or industrial software systems, experience with industrial protocols (OPC, SCADA, etc.), experience in multinational project delivery, familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies, knowledge of Chinese.
