Project Manager

SUPCON specializes in the manufacturing of automation equipment and industrial software solutions.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing;
• Manage project scope, timeline, cost, and quality;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, implementation, and client stakeholders;
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues;
• Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction;
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into solution designs;
• Support pre-sales activities including solution presentations and proposals;
• Design MES/ERP-related system architecture and business workflows;
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility;
• Act as the primary interface with international clients;
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and progress reviews;
• Ensure clear communication across multilingual environments.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, or related fields;
• 3–5 Years of experience in project management or solution consulting;
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing or industrial environments;
• Fluent Russian and English;
• Nice to have: PMP certification, experience with MES, ERP, or industrial software systems, experience with industrial protocols (OPC, SCADA, etc.), experience in multinational project delivery, familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies, knowledge of Chinese.
