Project Manager

• Design and manage delivery structures to create clarity, accountability, and predictable outcomes across complex client engagements;
• Develop integrated project plans, coordinate resources, and manage dependencies, milestones, and timelines;
• Take ownership of client accounts, balancing delivery excellence with strategic advisory and account growth;
• Establish governance processes, decision-making frameworks, and communication plans to align stakeholders;
• Monitor project health, scope, budget, and commercial considerations while mitigating risks;
• Orchestrate collaboration across consulting, research, and operational teams;
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster confidence and alignment.

• Bachelor’s degree;
• At least four years of experience in project management, client management, consulting, or professional services;
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Professional fluency in French and English;
• Experience in a client-facing role;
• Eligibility to work in Germany;
• Nice to have: Experience supporting account growth or business development, Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification, experience using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows.
