Project Manager

Societe Generale is a global financial institution providing banking and investment services. The organization focuses on strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, financial steering, and organizational transformation within its investment banking business.

• Manage and coordinate projects independently within the international project office community;
• Align project objectives and manage stakeholders;
• Report to sponsors on business or IT initiatives;
• Lead continuous improvement actions;
• Participate in the development of knowledge sharing and assistance between project managers;
• Collaborate on cross-cutting initiatives, including CSR and communication.

• 5+ Years of Project Management experience in financial institutions or consulting firms;
• Strong knowledge of the Investment Banking environment and its core business;
• Demonstrated project leadership skills using Agile, Lean, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies;
• Ability to work in a task-force mode with adaptability and agility;
• Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills;
• Proactive and driven mindset;
• Fluent English;
• Nice to have: Polish, French.
