Project Manager

• Manage multiple digital content projects from planning and scoping to execution and delivery;
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing progress updates and managing expectations;
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation;
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets;
• Identify and manage project risks and roadblocks to ensure timely solutions;
• Evaluate project performance and provide regular reports to internal teams and clients.

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher;
• German proficiency at C1 level or higher;
• Strong understanding of digital content production;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines;
• Excellent teamwork skills;
• Creative mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude;
• Experience working in a digital or creative agency;
• Nice to have: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager, familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma), familiarity with project management tools (Slack, Jira), knowledge of printing techniques and technologies, Agile certification.
