Project Manager

• Act as the primary point of escalation for Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery;
• Manage project requirements, including control of budgets, scope, and schedule;
• Oversee a portfolio of scopes throughout the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on construction execution;
• Ensure robust technical and commercial change control mechanisms are in place and followed;
• Establish and implement project meetings internally and at client premises;
• Build strong working relationships with company and client project team members;
• Oversee and approve all project budgets, expenditure, and revenues;
• Drive and deliver project phases including Appraise, Select, Define, Onshore and Offshore Execute, and Close-out;
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with contractual requirements and resource allocation;
• Identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts proactively;
• Demonstrate a safe approach in design and working practices;
• Adhere to the company Integrated Management System and comply with Quality Assurance, Health and Safety, and Environmental Policies.

• Significant experience in a similar position within the oil and gas industry;
• Degree in an Engineering or Project Management discipline;
• Project Management training (PMI or APM accredited);
• Experience in EPC and brownfield projects;
• Understanding of interfaces between engineering disciplines and relevant oil and gas industry codes and standards;
• Knowledge of drilling rig equipment and systems;
• Competence in MS Office and planning software;
• Experience in anticipating and resolving problems and contingency planning;
• Financial and contractual awareness with commercial judgement;
• Experience in managing and developing others;
• Nice to have: Experience working for both the Operator and EPC contractors.

• Rotational (6/2) basis;
