• Gather and manage incoming tasks from product, tech leadership, and stakeholders;

• 3+ Years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in IT;
• Proven experience managing delivery in product or startup environments;
• Strong understanding of development processes including backend, frontend, APIs, and integrations;
• Ability to break down tasks into a ready for development state;
• Experience working with sprints using Scrum or Kanban;
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Hands-on approach and ability to work closely with the team;
• Experience conducting one-to-ones and supporting team performance;
• High level of ownership and accountability;
• English B2;
• Nice to have: Technical background in development or system analysis, experience working in startups, understanding of fintech, payments, or integrations, experience with distributed teams.
