• Support end-to-end projects and programs from ideation to implementation;
• Gather and analyze data to identify pressure points and develop strategies linked to business goals;
• Participate in creating and implementing operational plans within agreed timelines;
• Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across the organization;
• Maintain professional working relationships and facilitate solution delivery;
• Document all project activities and update documentation to ensure transparency and governance;
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose lean, technically feasible improvements, including automation and ML models;
• Support the development and implementation of cost optimization solutions;
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define objectives and provide insights for divisional strategy formulation;
• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, identify obstacles, and propose solutions;
• Communicate project and process changes to stakeholders in a timely manner;
• Design and deliver cross-functional communications and presentations tailored for different audiences.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management, strategic management, or related fields;
• 3+ Years of working experience in corporate project management;
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Resilience to manage multiple projects and balance workload;
• Enthusiasm for research;
• Nice to have: Experience in Big 4 companies or consulting houses, previous experience in the fintech industry.
