• Lead and manage assigned projects from start to handover, including contractor supervision;
• Manage and coordinate the full permitting lifecycle and tendering processes;
• Monitor project timelines and ensure technical quality control;
• Manage budgeting and prepare cost analyses;
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth delivery;
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety legislation;
• Prepare and present project progress reports;
• Ensure safe and sustainable project execution.

• 3+ Years of experience in the construction industry in Cyprus;
• Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish;
• Good knowledge of document flow and permitting procedures with local authorities in Cyprus;
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills;
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools;
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
