A fast-growing property development company in Limassol specializes in residential and commercial projects.
задачи
- Lead and manage assigned projects from start to handover, including contractor supervision;
- Manage and coordinate the full permitting lifecycle and tendering processes;
- Monitor project timelines and ensure technical quality control;
- Manage budgeting and prepare cost analyses;
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and consultants to ensure smooth delivery;
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety legislation;
- Prepare and present project progress reports;
- Ensure safe and sustainable project execution.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in the construction industry in Cyprus;
- Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish;
- Good knowledge of document flow and permitting procedures with local authorities in Cyprus;
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
