• Lead, hire, and develop the Project Management team through coaching and performance management;
• Own and improve project management processes, governance, planning, and delivery standards;
• Drive prioritization, resource allocation, and roadmap execution with stakeholders;
• Ensure timely delivery of CRM, content, VIP, promotional, and retention initiatives;
• Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency and predictability;
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, BI, Design, Dev, and Operations;
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact.

• 3+ Years of project management experience, including team leadership;
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in marketing, CRM, content, product, or operations;
• Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, prioritization frameworks, and process optimization;
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
• Data-driven mindset;
• Native Russian speaker;
• English B2 level;
• Nice to have: experience in iGaming, gambling, or betting.
