задачи
- Manage people;
- Coordinate workload for team members, maintaining motivation and meeting deadlines;
- Participate actively in periodical reviews;
- Provide feedback, define goals, and sustain motivation;
- Work closely with Tech departments and Sales teams;
- Ensure the roadmap is interpreted equally by all involved parties;
- Plan, control, and monitor deliverables;
- Resolve dependencies and manage risks;
- Lead communication from kick-off through the product/project life cycle;
- Analyze and argue for changes and adjust the development process;
- Manage the budget, ensuring goals are met and initiating discussions regarding changes.
требования
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Experience working with the European market;
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1);
- Nice to have: Fintech project or product development experience.
