Project manager

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Project Manager for our client in the financial industry.

• You will lead initiatives of medium and high complexity, from planning through to implementation
• You will translate business and regulatory requirements into concrete action plans
• You will manage scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, and escalations
• You will coordinate the work of teams across different business areas and legal entities
• You will prepare status reports, materials for steering committees, and presentations
• You will work with senior management and ensure that agreements are consistent

• You have experience managing projects or programs of medium and high complexity
• You can manage stakeholders and coordinate the work of teams from different areas
• You have a good understanding of project governance, reporting, and change management
• You can confidently plan schedules, track dependencies and risks, and escalate when needed
• You work independently and take responsibility for results
• You are comfortable communicating with senior management
• You communicate fluently in English

• Hybrid work model, 3 days in the office per week
• Salary: up to PLN 1,040 net per day on a B2B contract, depending on experience and skills
