Project manager

For our client in the IT industry, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for managing technology projects delivered for business clients. We are looking for someone with experience managing long-term implementation projects, particularly ERP systems, who has worked on the IT solutions provider side and can independently manage projects from planning through to completion.

• Comprehensive management of IT projects, from planning and preparation through implementation, acceptance, and settlement.
• Managing long-term implementation projects for business clients.
• Managing the project schedule, budget, scope, and risks.
• Coordinating the work of project teams and cooperation with end clients.
• Monitoring work progress, identifying risks, and resolving project issues.
• Participating in preparing proposals, estimating work, and planning resources.
• Supervising project documentation, acceptance, and settlement of services delivered.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in IT projects.
• Experience working on the provider side of IT services or solutions, delivering projects for external clients.
• Practical experience managing long-term implementation projects, including ERP system implementations.
• Ability to independently manage projects at every stage of their delivery.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
• At least two certificates confirming project management skills, such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, PSM, CSM, or related certifications.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

• Remuneration of up to PLN 25,000 net + VAT per month.
