• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage project teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members, providing clear and concise updates on project status.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee the procurement and management of contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Champion best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
