Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive internal strategic IT and AI-readiness projects, making an impact across AI, Enterprise Architecture and Process Excellence initiatives.

“This is an exceptional opportunity to lead strategic cross-functional projects that truly shape the future of Stibo Systems, while helping us establish a more structured PMO approach for our AI initiatives,” says Thomas Møgelmose, CFO.

This is the role and main tasks

In this newly established role, you will help turn our AI ambitions into well-governed projects with clear priorities, processes and business outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, you will lead IT-enabled transformation projects that advance our enterprise architecture capabilities towards an AI-ready future.

You’ll manage complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions and organizational change management. You will operate at the intersection of business requirements, process optimization, change management and technological enablement.

• Lead large-scale IT and process transformation initiatives from idea through execution and operational adoption
• Drive portfolio prioritization and partner with leadership on capacity planning
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, processes and ways of working for effective project execution
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and functional and technical teams to ensure successful change and adoption across our technology landscape
• Embed new processes and technologies into daily operations to ensure sustainable ways of working and lasting business value

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager with a strong IT and technology foundation who can bridge business needs with IT execution. You thrive in complex technology-driven initiatives and lead through influence, credibility and action.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with our Process Excellence team, AI Engineers, AI Center of Excellence and colleagues across the global business to turn strategic AI ambitions into impactful initiatives.
