To achieve this, we know we need to provide the right tools and technology, we are therefore looking for a dedicated Project Manager with a successful track record to join our in house Digital Transformation team.

We are looking for someone who is confident managing projects end-to-end, bringing people together and ensuring successful outcomes.
Managing projects through the full lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through to delivery and planning benefits realisation - essential
Leading a range of projects, including off the shelf software implementations, bespoke application development and wider business change initiatives - essential
Managing full procurement processes for complex systems, including running RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation and selection - essential
Developing clear project approaches, plans and timelines to ensure successful delivery
Managing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking costs and providing regular financial updates
Producing key project documentation such as business cases, project plans, governance updates and change impact assessments
Overseeing day-to-day project activity, ensuring progress stays on track and aligned to objectives
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure engagement and effective decision-making
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools including Project, Excel, Word and Visio
Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or APM
Experience applying agile development methodologies within a traditional project management and governance structure, adapting the delivery approach to suit the needs of each project
Experience working with third-party suppliers or delivery partners
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative approach with the ability to motivate and align teams
