As part of a critical global transformation initiative, we are seeking a Global Program Manager, AN&H Brand Transition to lead the end-to-end transition from Danisco to IFF across the Animal Nutrition & Health business.
This is a 2-year project-based position with global scope and significant visibility across the organization. In this role, you will convert the agreed brand direction into a structured implementation plan while protecting customer continuity, market access and business performance throughout the transition.
The role has global, cross-functional and multi-market responsibility and is accountable for the on-time, coordinated completion of the transition, with clear ownership, effective governance, timely decision-making, risk management and measurable delivery outcomes.
