• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or Science (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience leading global or enterprise programs in Procurement or Supply Chain environments
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior-level visibility
• Hands-on practitioner experience in sourcing, supplier management, or operations strongly preferred
• Experience in regulated, global, or highly complex operating environments preferred
• Strong enterprise program leadership and governance capabilities
• Proven ability to execute in ambiguity and drive outcomes
• PPI / Lean Six Sigma experience (certification preferred)
• Exceptional influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to connect execution detail to enterprise business outcomes
• Comfortable operating independently with high accountability and visibility
• Proficiency with MS Office and program tracking tools
• Willingness to travel 10–30% annually

This role exists to lead the execution of complex global Procurement Enablement initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into governed, scalable, and measurable outcomes.

As Program Manager, Procurement Enablement, you will operate at an enterprise level, owning the delivery, governance, and integration of global initiatives across Procurement and key business stakeholders. This role is accountable for driving execution at scale, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable operational and business impact.

How will you make an impact?

You will be accountable for delivering complex global Procurement Enablement initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, strengthen governance, enable scalable processes, and support enterprise transformation objectives.

Operating without direct reports, you will lead through influence in a highly matrixed global environment—partnering across Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Trade Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sustainability, Digital, and Business functions.

You will define program structure, establish governance, manage interdependencies, and drive disciplined execution to ensure initiatives deliver sustainable business value and are successfully embedded into organizational operating rhythms.
