• Experience handling large-scale entertainment or learning content, ideally with over 1 million daily active users;
• Experience managing cross-platform products across web and mobile;
• Experience leading cross-functional teams;
• Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills;
• Strong product mindset with the ability to balance user value, business impact, and execution;
• Solid understanding of market dynamics, user behavior, and customer needs;
• Experience using AI-powered tools for product management processes, research, prioritization, and team productivity;
• Ability to work in a T-shaped environment and collaborate effectively across disciplines while contributing deep product expertise;
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English;
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
