Product owner in educational apps

• Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap, aligning feature delivery with strategic business goals.
• Formulate, prioritize, and validate product hypotheses to focus the team's efforts on the highest-impact initiatives.
• Translate user research, market insights, and business needs into clear user stories and actionable product requirements.
• Leverage product analytics and A/B testing to evaluate feature impact on core metrics: engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, analysts, and marketing to ensure smooth execution and top-notch user experience.
• Identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize the product experience through data-informed decisions.
• Actively contribute to team growth by participating in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring team members.

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in B2C mobile apps or digital products.
• Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering measurable business impact (engagement, retention, or revenue growth).
• Strong data literacy, hands-on experience with product analytics platforms, setting KPIs, and running A/B experiments.
• Solid experience in backlog management, user story writing, and agile delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• User-centric mindset with practical experience in conducting user research or usability testing.
• Fluent in English and Georgian, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Growth mindset, the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment and focus on what actually works in practice to deliver real value.
