The company is a proprietary algorithmic trading firm that manages the full trading cycle, from software development to creating and coding strategies and algorithms. It trades across major exchanges and a broad range of asset classes using HFT and MFT strategies. Its 200+ professionals work worldwide, and the organization currently operates fully remotely.

• Understand the end-to-end trading pipeline, including strategy deployment, dependencies, latency and reliability needs, and infrastructure limits affecting ROI
• Research and propose infrastructure improvements with measurable trading impact across hardware, connectivity, and DevOps processes
• Prioritize improvements by their expected effect on trading results
• Analyze requests from traders and quants, translate them into technical requirements, and assess feasibility
• Push back on requests unlikely to improve results and identify needs traders have not articulated
• Bridge trading desks with developers, architects, and Infrastructure teams

• Understand trading systems, including order flow, market data, latency sensitivity, and exchange connectivity
• Have hands-on experience with Linux administration and performance tuning, Bash/Python scripting, network technologies, server hardware, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Have experience with cloud platforms, including understanding when they are suitable for trading workloads
• Be able to quantify infrastructure changes' impact on trading outcomes, including latency, uptime, fill rates, and cost
• Have strong analytical skills and experience formalizing requirements
• Have 3+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or a similar technical role
• Be proficient in preparing documentation and technical specifications
• Have English proficiency at B2 level
