• Define the product vision, strategy, budget, and roadmap for innovative banking tools with stakeholders;
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable plans for the development team;
• Collaborate with business, engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery;
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement;
• Stay up to date with the latest AI advancements to inform product development;
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to innovative tools and company culture evolution;
• Develop project plans covering timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation;
• Manage project budgets, risks, and changes to ensure successful outcomes;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate communication among stakeholders;
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and company objectives;
• Report project status, budget, challenges, and progress to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 3+ Years of experience in product management and/or project management;
• Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion;
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies;
• Excellent proactiveness and teamwork capabilities;
• Proficiency in French and English;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree in a relevant field, strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics, PSPO/PSM/PMP or similar certifications, experience in banking or fintech, knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial services industry standards, familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Scrum.

• Hybrid schedule with 50% onsite and 50% remote work;
