Product Owner

Dow Jones is a global provider of news and business information, delivering content to consumers and organizations around the world across multiple formats, including print, digital, mobile, and live events. The company maintains one of the world’s largest news-gathering operations and manages a portfolio of leading publications and products such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, MarketWatch, and OPIS.

• Act as the business owner for technology development initiatives by translating business requirements into functional specifications;
• Coordinate development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release activities with technology teams;
• Maintain communications across internal channels regarding product launches, platform enhancements, roadmap updates, and pricing changes;
• Manage product documentation, FAQs, and knowledge resources for internal teams;
• Produce commercial reporting and dashboards covering ACV, renewals, customer usage, and product health;
• Coordinate product setup across internal systems, including product codes and entitlements;
• Develop and maintain product presentations, sales guides, competitive positioning materials, and training resources;
• Collaborate with marketing on IT changes, webinars, campaigns, and customer communications;
• Maintain product governance processes and operational workflows;
• Monitor the product roadmap, project tracker, milestones, and delivery status;
• Provide inputs for pricing reviews, whitespace analysis, and portfolio planning;
• Support revenue growth through product adoption, benchmark initiatives, and upsell opportunities.

• 5+ Years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Business Transformation, or Commercial Operations;
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate technology projects;
• Experience with ERP, CRM, SaaS, or other enterprise software platforms;
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies;
• Strong analytical skills with experience maintaining commercial reporting and dashboards;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills;
• Professional proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Experience in commodities, energy, financial information, or B2B data businesses, experience in multicultural environments, proficiency in Spanish or other European/Asian languages.
