Hostaway provides an AI-powered vacation rental management platform that serves over 20,000 property managers worldwide. The system integrates various operational tools to improve efficiency and support business growth for professional short-term rental operators.

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the mobile application serving multiple user personas;
• Conduct continuous user discovery and translate insights into clear opportunities and requirements;
• Prototype ideas using AI tools and ship functional solutions to validate concepts with users and engineers;
• Establish north-star metrics and ensure proper instrumentation for every feature release;
• Account for adoption, engagement, and retention outcomes while identifying AI-driven improvements for on-the-go workflows;
• Partner with Product Design to deliver native, intuitive, and high-performance experiences for iOS and Android;
• Drive go-to-market readiness to ensure cross-functional teams are prepared for product launches.

• 7+ Years of experience in product management with a focus on B2B SaaS and mobile applications;
• Proven track record of launching and iterating on iOS and Android products, including management of App Store and Play Store release cycles;
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools to build prototypes from ideas;
• Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products for multiple user personas with complex workflows;
• Demonstrated success in customer research, field interviews, and translating user needs into product features;
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle with high autonomy;
• Proactive mindset with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous environments;
• Nice to have: Experience in the vacation rental, hospitality, or property management space.
