Product Owner

Pearl provides a platform for professional services on a global scale, integrating advanced AI with human expertise to connect customers with licensed professionals across 196 countries.

• Own the end-to-end product management process including problem definition, prioritization, roadmap creation, execution, and delivery;
• Partner with AI leaders to define OKRs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps aligned to Enterprise goals;
• Lead agile teams to execute the roadmap with speed and accountability;
• Manage releases and delivery using lean and agile practices;
• Drive discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and rapid validation;
• Define product requirements for MVPs, AI-enabled features, and enhancements;
• Use product metrics and insights to inform decisions and measure impact;
• Partner with B2B sales, Enterprise stakeholders, and customers to identify market opportunities;
• Align Engineering, AI, Sales, and Leadership teams on high-leverage initiatives.

• 5+ Years of Product Management experience in B2B web or platform products;
• Proven experience delivering first-generation or early-stage products;
• Comfort working with AI-powered products;
• Strong experience with experimentation, MVP definition, and iterative delivery;
• Ability to operate in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments;
• Nice to have: Experience with GenAI, ability to build or collaborate on AI prototypes.
