задачи
- Own the end-to-end product management process including problem definition, prioritization, roadmap creation, execution, and delivery;
- Partner with AI leaders to define OKRs, priorities, and quarterly roadmaps aligned to Enterprise goals;
- Lead agile teams to execute the roadmap with speed and accountability;
- Manage releases and delivery using lean and agile practices;
- Drive discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and rapid validation;
- Define product requirements for MVPs, AI-enabled features, and enhancements;
- Use product metrics and insights to inform decisions and measure impact;
- Partner with B2B sales, Enterprise stakeholders, and customers to identify market opportunities;
- Align Engineering, AI, Sales, and Leadership teams on high-leverage initiatives.
требования
- 5+ Years of Product Management experience in B2B web or platform products;
- Proven experience delivering first-generation or early-stage products;
- Comfort working with AI-powered products;
- Strong experience with experimentation, MVP definition, and iterative delivery;
- Ability to operate in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments;
- Nice to have: Experience with GenAI, ability to build or collaborate on AI prototypes.
