Product Owner

• Act as the primary product linkage between business stakeholders, the Salesforce team, and Product & Technology;
• Support the definition, maintenance, and delivery of the CRM roadmap in collaboration with leadership;
• Lead structured assessments of current business processes and define future process models;
• Translate commercial, contractual, and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements;
• Work with Salesforce Business Partners and engineering teams to ensure effective platform integration;
• Support scalable and well-governed CRM data foundations for reliable reporting and analytics;
• Drive change and adoption by promoting new ways of working and supporting users through transitions;
• Communicate priorities, progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders using data-backed narratives.

• 3+ Years of product management experience with hands-on involvement in CRM products;
• Strong product mindset with the ability to frame problems and make trade-offs in complex system landscapes;
• Experience translating complex business or operational needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and backlogs;
• Data-driven approach to decision-making combined with sound business judgment;
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and contribute scalable solutions;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Adaptability to changing priorities and environments;
• Nice to have: Salesforce experience, experience working in cross-functional teams.
