Product Owner

EXANTE is a wealth tech company that provides centralized trading solutions and B2B financial infrastructure. The proprietary trading platform offers access to diverse financial instruments, including stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options, through a single multi-currency account.

• Own the Options product area end-to-end, including discovery, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, and business outcomes;
• Act as the primary product owner for options trading while contributing to other strategic product initiatives;
• Drive continuous product discovery by working with customers, stakeholders, engineering, and design to identify opportunities and validate assumptions;
• Define and monitor key product metrics across adoption, engagement, retention, trading activity, customer satisfaction, and revenue;
• Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions;
• Lead delivery of product initiatives from concept to release, ensuring clear requirements and alignment across teams;
• Partner with engineering to balance customer value, technical excellence, and platform stability;
• Contribute to the evolution of product management practices, the product operating model, and AI adoption.

• 3+ Years of Product Management experience in fintech, brokerage, trading, investment, or other complex financial platforms;
• Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes;
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building metric frameworks, interpreting user behavior, and running experiments;
• Experience running product discovery, customer research, and hypothesis validation;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments;
• High AI proficiency with the ability to create feature MVPs, dashboards, and automate workflows;
• Fluent in English;
• Fluent in Russian.
