Smarter Contact provides an AI-powered text and voice communications platform for real estate professionals in the US market. Its SMS, voice, and CRM platform helps businesses connect with customers in more intelligent and personalized ways.

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Voice/Telephony product line, including the Power Dialer, calling algorithm, concurrency and line management, call quality, incoming-call handling, and calling plans and pricing structure;
• Translate carrier and infrastructure constraints into an executable engineering roadmap;
• Run beta programs for calling-infrastructure changes, define success criteria, and adjust plans based on results;
• Incorporate customer feedback from support tickets, recorded calls, and churn reasons into planning, especially when it conflicts with usage data or engineering intuition;
• Assess rollout risks before shipping, including staged rollouts, monitoring, and rollback triggers for releases with carrier or compliance exposure;
• Keep architecture and system-state documentation current;
• Scope and prioritize mobile feature work, primarily bringing existing web functionality to a native frontend;
• Own the app-store release process, including release notes, submission timing, and coordination with engineering on releases and hotfixes;
• Apply mobile-specific UX judgment to native gestures, notification behavior, and platform conventions;
• Communicate roadmaps and decisions clearly to engineering, support, and leadership.

• Have 4+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years owning a voice/calling product such as an outbound or predictive dialer, CCaaS platform, or VoIP/SIP telephony product;
• Demonstrate practical experience with call pacing, answering-machine detection, line concurrency, and carrier spam-flagging; pure SMS/email product experience does not substitute;
• Have mobile product knowledge covering iOS/Android, release planning, native UX conventions, and app-store submissions;
• Have experience running structured beta programs or phased rollouts with defined success criteria, data-based decision-making, and clear pivots when needed;
• Check technical feasibility with engineering before committing to a plan and make a clear recommendation once there is enough information to decide;
• Know product discovery, story slicing, release planning, and Agile execution;
• Have SaaS product experience, strong prioritization skills, and cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering, design, marketing, and support;
• Be comfortable using AI daily for research, writing, and product work;
• Nice to have: familiarity with SMS campaign tools, automated messaging workflows, or CRM/contact-management products; exposure to US outbound-calling or messaging regulation (TCPA, state calling rules, A2P/10DLC); experience with usage-metered pricing or plan design; UI/UX or UX-writing skills, customer-interview experience, or a software-development background.
