• Turn product capabilities into solutions that win enterprise deals in the Belgian market
• Assess coverage requests and decide whether to build a new capability, handle an exception through Operations, or find another solution
• Analyze client needs and evaluate technical, operational, member-experience, and product-coherence implications
• Protect the core product from unnecessary complexity and near-duplicate guarantees
• Coordinate delivery with Market team engineers and involve Capability teams when needed
• Document assessments and develop an AI agent to handle routine decisions, reviewing and improving its outputs
• Expand into other product areas, unblock deals, and identify market growth opportunities with the Pre-Sales team

• At least 5 years of experience in a product-related role, such as Product Manager, Product Ops, Solutions Engineer/Architect, or Founder
• A genuine interest in how technical, operational, and business systems work
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and maintaining trust while defending reasoned decisions under commercial pressure
• Structured, fact-based decision-making and clear written communication
• A track record of delivering across teams and meeting deadlines
• Curiosity about AI and hands-on experience using it to automate work
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
