• Create and implement a marketing strategy for the assigned product;
• Lead new product launch processes from planning through execution;
• Plan and monitor the marketing budget;
• Analyze the market and competition and identify product advantages and challenges in oncology;
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders, medical facilities, and oncology experts;
• Analyze market and sales data and prepare practical recommendations supporting sales and marketing activities;
• Prepare promotional materials and work tools for sales teams;
• Organize and conduct product and marketing training for the sales department.

• Independently develop marketing strategies and create and verify marketing materials with strong attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships with business partners and KOLs;
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from market data;
• Very good command of English, spoken and written;
• At least 1 year of initial experience in a similar position.
