• Identify and size market opportunities, conduct user research, and analyse emerging trends to find areas for platform expansion;
• Create business cases and product visions, design experiments, and test hypotheses to validate promising concepts;
• Lead the design and development of minimum viable products with engineering, design, clinical, and commercial teams;
• Define success metrics, evaluate results, and recommend whether to scale, pivot, or sunset initiatives;
• Operate with strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive across functions to build momentum behind new ideas;
• Contribute to the long-term roadmap and innovation strategy;
• Ensure new initiatives address genuine patient needs and support the delivery of exceptional care.

• Proven entrepreneurial experience as a founder, early-stage product leader, or intrapreneur launching new products or business lines;
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments;
• Demonstrated success taking ideas from concept through launch and early scaling;
• Ability to synthesise market data, customer insights, and business analysis into clear product and business strategies;
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience aligning diverse stakeholders around new initiatives;
• Comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, proactive, and able to drive projects independently;
• Deep curiosity about using technology to solve complex healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes;
• Nice to have: healthcare or telehealth experience.
