• Own the full product lifecycle for payment method management, subscription billing, expense management integrations, and product package upgrades, downgrades, and visibility from discovery through delivery and outcome tracking;
• Work with the Payments team to expand payment method coverage across cards, wallets, and invoicing, and integrate additional expense platforms beyond Concur;
• Shape upgrade, downgrade, and package visibility experiences for feature-differentiated Arrive for Business tiers;
• Set and own metrics for billing reliability, expense workflow adoption, and payment success;
• Work across engineering, design, finance, and commercial teams to ship effectively;
• Experiment actively with AI tools to work faster and make better decisions.

• 3–5 Years of product management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or fintech products serving organizations;
• Comfort with complex enterprise billing systems and ambiguous problems;
• Ability to align engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders without formal authority;
• Data-informed judgment and accountability for product metrics;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Bias toward action, decision-making, blocker removal, and focus on priorities;
• Nice to have: experience building or owning payment, billing, or financial workflow products.
