We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us!
As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.
As the Marketing Enablement Specialist, you will serve as the critical strategic bridge between our Product, Brand, and Sales functions across Arrive’s global business units. In this role, you will shape the core sales narrative for our comprehensive portfolio of solutions, translating complex capabilities into compelling, benefit-driven messaging for B2G and B2P audiences. You will architect foundational sales assets and partner with key stakeholders including Product Managers, the Brand team, Content Marketing, and the Sales Enablement team to equip our global sales force for sustained success. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a measurable impact on our go-to-market efficiency, market differentiation, and global commercial growth.

- Build and manage a library of high-impact, pre-approved proposal and bid content for public-sector procurement, RFPs, and formal tenders in partnership with B2G Marketing and Solution Managers.
- Define and execute the sales asset bill of materials for new product launches, delivering scalable launch toolkits adapted for regional teams across Europe, the UK, and the US.
- Partner closely with the Sales Enablement team to integrate foundational content into training programs, establishing a continuous feedback loop to track asset adoption, elevate field confidence, and eliminate content gaps.
