• Own and manage the payments roadmap in alignment with business objectives, client needs, and regulatory obligations;
• Lead integrations with Payment Service Providers for banks, wallets, cryptocurrencies, and alternative payment methods;
• Optimize payment methods for speed, cost, reliability, and approval rates;
• Manage the end-to-end payments lifecycle, including onboarding providers, expanding into new regions, and ensuring compliance;
• Improve the client experience across deposits and withdrawals by increasing conversion rates, transaction success ratios, and processing speed;
• Prioritize payment product features and manage the payments backlog in a Scrum agile environment;
• Develop payment-specific user personas and journeys across different geographies;
• Translate business and user needs into payment product requirements and specifications using Jira and Confluence;
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Business Development, and Business Analysts to deliver payments solutions at scale;
• Conduct business and data analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement;
• Monitor payment performance and KPIs, including approval rates, processing time, costs, fraud rates, and provider uptime;
• Make data-driven improvements to payment performance;
• Engage with the payments ecosystem and vendors while monitoring market trends and regulatory changes.

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services, with exposure to banks, wallets, cryptocurrencies, and alternative payment methods;
• Fluent English;
• Proven track record of successful payment product launches and integrations with PSPs, banks, and alternative providers;
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC, including payments integrations, transaction flows, and compliance and regulatory requirements;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate strong organizational skills;
• Nice to have: additional languages, Prince2, PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification.
