• Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle from ideation to launch, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs;
• Direct the product launch process within a project environment to ensure a smooth, timely, and successful rollout;
• Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog within an agile project management framework;
• Develop user personas and detailed user stories to understand target customer needs and behaviors;
• Translate user insights into technical requirements and specifications using Jira for tasks and Confluence for product documentation;
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Business Analysts, Product Operation Specialists, and key stakeholders to bring products to life;
• Track and evaluate post-launch product performance, collect user feedback, and implement continuous data-driven improvements;
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry gaps, monitor fintech trends and technologies, and foster innovation.

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech or a related field;
• Fluent English;
• Proven track record of delivering successful product launches;
• Experience with wireframing and mockup design tools for User Flow Charts and UI/UX, such as Figma, Moqups, or Balsamiq;
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate strong organizational skills;
• Nice to have: additional languages, professional certification such as Prince 2, PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
