Product manager in e-commerce

Mozantech is a Tech Company from Porto specialized in Web Digital Experiences. Our team is able to deliver high-tech solutions, consulting, turn-key projects and nearshoring. We develop projects for different markets such as banking, finance, insurance, industry, networks, telecommunications, services, utilities and distribution. We are currently looking for a Product Manager (F/M) to join our team, with candidates based in either Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

• Define and manage the e-commerce product strategy and roadmap, aligning business goals with customer needs and technology capabilities.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to prioritise initiatives and drive product development.
• Analyse data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and improve the e-commerce experience.
• Apply user-centred design and Agile methodologies to ensure successful product delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to optimise product management processes and workflows.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of user-centred design and Agile methodologies.

• Hybrid: 2 days per week at the office in Lisbon or Porto.
