product manager in digital banking

Acba Bank operates in the finance and banking industry and develops digital banking products and services.

• Identify customer needs and recommend improvements to existing products based on research findings;
• Participate in requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing;
• Oversee new product development from concept to launch, working with designers, developers, and other stakeholders;
• Support the development of a digital product or product suite;
• Analyze the market to maintain product advantages over competitors;
• Work with sales and marketing teams on positioning, messaging, and differentiation;
• Develop business models and monetization strategies for digital products and services;
• Manage and update the product backlog to address customer expectations;
• Explore customer requirements in the digital banking sector;
• Participate in preparing legal acts for new products;
• Participate in improving the Acba digital system.

• Familiarity with the banking and fintech industry;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and Figma;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, English, and Russian;
• Analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills, with the ability to learn quickly;
• Experience in usability and customer-focused design;
• Passion for building products that solve customer and business problems;
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Solid experience working with deadlines;
• Stress resistance and ability to multitask;
• Creative thinking with a vision;
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodology;
