Product manager in crypto

At eToro, we’re shaping the future of crypto investing for 40M+ users worldwide. We are looking for an experienced, high-ownership Product Manager to join our core Money & Crypto team, bridging traditional fiat payments with cutting-edge crypto infrastructure.

• Own critical money-movement flows end-to-end, including deposits, withdrawals, payment methods (cards, open banking), and crypto/wallet transfers.
• Act as the main POC connecting Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance with external vendors (PSPs, custodians, on/off-ramps).
• Translate complex business and compliance requirements into clear specs, collaborating with engineering on APIs and integrations.
• Analyze funnels, define KPIs, and prioritize fixes based on customer impact and business risk (using Mixpanel, Databricks, etc.).

• 4+ years of PM experience at leading B2C tech companies (Fintech, Payments, or Crypto) handling real customer funds.
• Strong understanding of traditional payments (cards, bank transfers, PSPs) AND crypto infrastructure (custody models, wallet flows, MiCA, Travel Rule).
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and possess a strong UX sensibility (Figma, Miro).
• Daily user of LLMs/prototyping tools, capable of building interactive prototypes and describing concrete AI workflows.
• An independent self-starter and adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
