• You are responsible for integrating our financing and banking partners—from requirements through implementation with Engineering to operations after go-live.
• You convince our partners’ product teams to invest their own engineering budget in the integration, and lead these discussions through to a decision.
• You analyze where dealers drop off between viewing a vehicle and placing a completed bid, and measurably increase conversion.
• You pull your own data, use it to justify every prioritization, and track your features’ KPIs after launch.
• You build prototypes to test an idea before allocating engineering time to it.
• You speak with dealers regularly, collect feedback in a structured way, and translate it into concrete requirements.

• 3–6 years of product management experience in a digital B2B, platform, or e-commerce environment, with broad ownership
• You have moved a funnel or conversion metric and can state the baseline and result—with data you pulled yourself.
• Experience with external partners whose priorities you had to understand and influence—not just internal stakeholders
• Technical understanding of API integrations: you do not need to develop them yourself, but you need to understand what Engineering is discussing.
• A clear idea of where AI can concretely improve this work—whether your current employer provides you with the tools is irrelevant to us.
• German at C1 level and fluent English for negotiations
