Product Manager for RWA yield vaults on Solana

R3 is building an on-ramp for assets to move on-chain, bridging traditional finance and decentralized finance. It is launching institutional-grade RWA yield vaults integrated into Solana DeFi.

• Own and maintain the roadmap, share meeting agendas, take notes, and maintain a decision log
• Manage third-party integrations end-to-end, including lending market partners and permissioned RWA DEX distribution; write one-pagers and PRDs, set parameters, and take integrations through to production
• Turn product goals into actionable issues for the core engineering team, remove blockers daily, and manage scope when deadlines are at risk
• Collaborate with curators, custody, oracle, KYC, and fund administration partners to ensure subscription, settlement, and redemption work smoothly on-chain and off-chain
• Lead permissionless vault, retail onboarding, and Earn product workstreams from idea to launch

• 5+ Years in product or technical program management
• 2+ Years delivering on-chain products to mainnet as part of a crypto-native team
• Take action on issues beyond core responsibilities and flag problems early
• Understand lending markets, collateral, looping, LTV, liquidation mechanics, vaults, and stablecoin yield well enough to discuss integration details with protocol founding teams
• Work confidently with Rust and Solana engineers, read technical specs, and independently turn product ideas into actionable issues
• Be comfortable working with KYC, KYB, jurisdiction gating, and legal reviews
